The rate doesn’t include:

  • City tax provided by our municipality: 1.5€ per person per night, compulsory from 14 years old and up ONLY FOR THE FIRST 5 NIGHTS

Additional charges:

CRIB = € 10 PER NIGHT PER CRIB
Important: Infants (0-3 years) are assumed to sleep in their parents’ bed. If you would like to reserve a crib (€10 supplement per night) or a single bed (€15 supplement per night), please let us know as soon as possible, as cots are limited and single beds must be booked in advance.

PETS = € 20 NIGHT PER PET
Important: We welcome pets as long as they are well-behaved, do not disturb other guests, and are kept on a leash in permitted outdoor areas.
You must notify us of their presence to request authorization, and the surgharge covers additional cleaning expenses.

Available services:

  • Use of the swimming pool and solarium with sun loungers and parasols (May to September)
  • All-day bar
  • Lunch and dinner is available in the Restaurant with many products from our Farmhouse
  • Small restaurant with pizzeria with wood-fired oven open for dinner. Wholemeal and gluten-free doughs also available

Check-In and Check-Out
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, with check-in closing at 9:00 p.m. Guests are kindly requested to check out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Pet Policy
Small pets are welcome with prior authorization and an additional cleaning fee.

Dining Options
Guests can enjoy delicious meals at our on-site restaurant, which features many ingredients sourced directly from our farm. Choose from:

  • Lunch: Available at the restaurant.
  • Dinner: Available at the restaurant or our pizzeria, which boasts a traditional wood-burning oven.

Dining options include:

  • À la carte menu
  • 3-Course Meals: Available as part of a half-board or full-board package (drinks included).

Meal Plans

  • Half Board: € 30 per person (€15 for children aged 4–12; younger children charged based on consumption).
  • Full Board: € 50 per person (€ 25 for children aged 4–12; younger children charged based on consumption).
